The Best Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

1. Preheat

Combine sugar and vanilla bean seeds in a bowl. Use the back of a spoon to infuse the two together.

2. Combine!

In another bowl, mix together cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add in the vanilla sugar. 

3. Mix!

Mix in butter at medium-low speed for about 3 minutes.

4. Add Butter

In a separate bowl mix together the other wet ingredients besides the milk. Add the egg mixture to the flour and slowly add in the milk.

5. Mix Wet Ingredients

Fill cupcake liners and bake for 14 minutes.
