Combine unsalted butter and a loose, strong tea to make tea infused butter, perfect for baking!

Melt the butter, then add the tea leaves and heat for about 5 minutes.

Pour the mixture through a fine sieve, pressing hard on the tea leaves and then discarding them.

Let the butter come to room temperature and then use it as you would regular butter in your baked goods.

TIP: If you use a colored tea, like hibiscus, you can also color things like frosting or batter.
