Homemade Ritz Crackers

This copycat recipe tastes just like the original! And they're made with healthier ingredients too!

2 c All Purpose Flour 3 tsp Baking Powder 1 tbsp Sugar 1 tsp Salt 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil ⅔ c Water 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter

Ingredients

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.

1. Preheat

Pulse flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a food processor.

2. Combine!

Add cold butter a few small pats at a time, and pulse to combine.

3. Add Butter!

Add oil and pulse. Then, add water and pulse.

4. Add Oil and Water

Roll out the dough thin. Then use a cookie cutter to cut into Ritz shape.

5. Roll and Cut!

Poke holes in the dough to help them cook evenly.

6. Poke Holes and Bake!

As soon as you remove the crackers from the oven, brush them with butter.

7. Brush with Butter and Salt

Serve homemade Ritz crackers with cheese, jam, deli meat, or peanut butter.
